Emergency Telecommunication Certification
The IAED developed the ETC, a certification course that teaches students about 911 dispatch communication, legal situations, emergency telecommunication technologies, and more.

The program establishes a foundation-level industry-neutral certification for business professionals enabling employers and the candidate to have a platform to develop the Emergency Telecommunicators targeted positions within corporations.

This program requires 40 hours for completion.

In partnership with IAED (International Academy of Emergency Dispatch) we certify clients in Emergency Telecommunication.

Customer Service – One (1) efficient employee can do as much as four (4) average employees.
Business Etiquette – Learning the social norms, behaviors and professional representation that can be offensive or can satisfy a customer or colleague.
